Pepsi Pools via the Botanical Garden Approach
Start and finish at the Garden Route Botanical Garden (49 Caledon Street, George). This is an out-and-back trail: 5.75 km each way, totalling 11.5 km return.
Expect about 60–70 minutes per direction (roughly 2–2.5 hours overall).
The route follows the railway line eastward, then picks up forest trails leading to Pepsi Pools — a popular summer swim spot where the Swart River flows through shady indigenous woodland.
