Two of the Garden Route’s most historic mountain passes, the Montagu Pass and the Seven Passes Road, have officially been closed indefinitely.
Spokesperson for the Western Cape Department of Infrastructure Jandré Bakker said the Montagu Pass faces an uncertain future, with no set date for repairs.
