George Trails is a trail tourism project founded and managed by the Green Sport Foundation non-profit. George Trails was founded in 2015 for tourists who enjoy trail activities as well as the local community, on many levels. 

George Trails is not legislative in any way and we leave that to our landowners. We support the local community of enthusiastic clubs, organizations, events, athletes and weekend warriors who make George such a great destination. We have seen substantial growth in participation numbers over the last five years because of your efforts and continue to welcome both locals and tourists alike to our beautiful natural playground.

We salute the many passionate individuals that play outside around George all the time whilst caring for our environment, maintaining trails and sharing the great outdoors in a safe and responsible manner.
